Student Spotlight: A Pathway to Medical School

Copper Inabangan came to Logan University looking for a way to complete his studies while balancing work and military service. Originally from the Philippines, Copper served as an aerospace medical technician in the U.S. Air Force while working as a civilian nurse in Colorado Springs.

Through Logan’s Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, Copper was able to build the foundation he needed to pursue medical school while also developing the independence and discipline required for advanced study.

I discovered how to efficiently manage my time and be more responsible. I became an independent learner, which is a valuable skill to have in my profession.

Copper is now pursuing his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree, continuing his goal of serving underserved communities.
